Don't forget to bring your appetite: we've got 5 great food trucks --- Riff's, Yayo's O.M.G., Wrapper's Delight, Deg Thai, and Crankee's --- plus Beve mobile coffee, Jeni's Ice Cream, and the Bang Candy trailer serving marshmallows and hot chocolate! *Parking for Friday's Preview Market: We suggest parking in the Letter Logic Parking lot next door to where our event is located or directly across the street in Dudley Head Start school parking lot next to Dudley Park.
Saturday Insider Tips *Download our parking map here. PARKING MAP *Parking Info: Chestnut Street will be closed between Martin Street and 4th Avenue South for food truck and visitor parking. Visitors may access the Chestnut Street parking at the Martin Street barricade. If you are coming from 4th Avenue South, drive past the Track 1 building and take your first right on Houston Street (right after you cross the railroad tracks), which will bring you to the Martin Street barricade. Parking is also allowed on neighborhood streets if Chestnut Street is full. Carpooling is encouraged. *Porter Flea Holiday opens at 10am on Saturday. Sorry, no early bird shopping. *Limited edition screen printed holiday posters and Porter Flea t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs will be available at the Porter Flea merch booth. *An ATM will be onsite, but please remember to bring cash if possible. *If you want a more leisurely shopping experience, try late afternoon. We close up shop at 6pm.
Saturday is free to attend and is all ages! Our market coincides with the Wedgewood-Houston art crawl, and all the nearby galleries and studios are extending their hours to make this a full-blown holiday block party. Come warm up with us indoors, and don't forget to check out the heated Porter Pantry tent out front featuring local, artisanal dry goods! Enjoy our Holiday photobooth for custom holiday cards by Claudia Kay Photo and DJ sets all day long from Grimey's and DJ Susan. We will also have our first ever VideoBooth by Dycee Wildman!
